Before Boarding

This runway has a boarding list.

14 weeks of real implementation asks something of you. Applications get reviewed, and we turn people away when the fit is wrong. It saves everyone a hundred days.

Board if this is you
  • You coach, you're good at it, and you're either brand new or stuck under $10K a month.
  • You're launching from zero, or rebuilding after a first attempt that turned into a pile of half-finished funnels.
  • You'd rather run one offer brilliantly than juggle a menu of five mediocre ones.
  • You can protect five to seven focused hours a week for 14 weeks. The calendar is the commitment.
Wait if this is you
  • You want income without ever getting on a sales call. This program puts you on them, prepared.
  • You're past $10K a month and hunting six-figure engagements. You've outgrown this room.
  • You collect programs the way some people collect gym memberships. We build here. Watching is not a phase.

Days 001-100 · The Build
One Offer, One System, One Runway™

100 days, three builds.

Every day belongs to a phase and every phase produces something you keep. No modules to binge, no theory weeks. You build the offer, then the machine around it, then you fly the thing.

001-033Phase One · The Offer

One person, one problem,one price.

Most launches die before day one, buried under five half-offers and a website nobody reads. Weeks one through five kill the clutter. The offer workbook walks you through choosing a single client, naming the expensive problem you solve, and pricing the outcome from $3,000 up. Then the messaging templates turn it into words a stranger understands in ten seconds flat.

You leave this phase with
One premium offer, priced from $3K, pitchable in two sentences without flinching

The machine aroundthe offer.

A great offer nobody hears about earns exactly zero. Weeks six through ten install the delivery road: DM scripts that open real conversations without the cringe, a sales call framework that holds its shape at premium prices, GHL templates for your funnel and follow-up, and a CRM tracker so no lead dies quietly in your notes app. Nothing to invent, nothing to code. You plug in and you send.

You leave this phase with
A working pipeline: scripts sending, calendar filling, every lead tracked in one view

Throttle up.Reps and revenue.

Now the machine meets the market. Weeks eleven through fourteen are pure runway: conversations opened daily, calls booked weekly, every pitch reviewed live on the group call. You refine your close against real objections instead of imagined ones, and you enroll your first clients inside the program. By day 100 the scorecard shows a pace, and the pace annualizes to $100K.

063The day Sarah's runway paid out
Sarah K.
From the Runway

I went from charging $500 a session to closing a $22,000 contract within 9 weeks. The offer design and positioning work alone were worth 100x the investment.

The Arithmetic · No Hype Required
The Math of $100K

The mountain is a calendar.

$100K a year sounds enormous until you write it as arithmetic. Pick the runway that fits how you want to work.

34
clients × $3,000 = $102,000
The volume runway

Roughly three enrollments a month at your floor price. This is the pace most members start at in Phase Three.

12
clients × $8,500 = $102,000
The steady runway

One client a month, and you still get two weeks off. The most common shape a year after graduation.

9
clients × $12,000 = $108,000
The premium runway

One serious client every six weeks. Sarah's $22K contract shows what sits above even this line.

One client a month is roughly three sales calls a week, closing one in four. Three calls a week is what the DM scripts, the funnel, and the tracker exist to produce. Not luck. Not virality. A calendar with three appointments on it.

That's the entire secret. Now you know it.
Before You Apply

Asked on almost every call.

Yes, and starting clean is often an advantage. The program was built for launch or rebuild, so Phase One assumes nothing exists yet. The system runs on direct conversations, and several members closed their first clients with under 500 followers. You need a real skill and the weekly hours. The rest gets built inside.
Plan on five to seven focused hours: the live implementation call, one scoped build task, and about fifteen minutes a day of outreach with the scripts. Members with full-time jobs finish the program. Members who skip the daily fifteen minutes usually don't hit pace. The hours matter less than the consistency.
You pressure-test it. Phase One runs your existing offer through the workbook, and one of two things happens: it sharpens into something you can price from $3K with confidence, or it shows you exactly why it hasn't been selling. Rebuilders often move fastest because the raw material already exists.
No. The GHL templates come pre-built: funnel pages, booking flow, and follow-up automations you import and brand rather than build. The CRM tracker is set up with you on a call in Phase Two. If you can fill in a form and record a video, you have every technical skill the program requires.
The program starts at $3,000, with flexible payment plans arranged on your application call. Worth noticing: the offer you build in Phase One is priced from $3K, so a single client enrolled during your own runway covers the tuition. Most members get there before day 100.
Where This Leads

Day 100 is a run rate. Then you climb.

100 Days to $100K is step two of five in the EMERGE ascension. Behind you sits the playbook that sharpens positioning. Ahead, the programs that take one working offer to six-figure engagements, then to a company that runs without you in every seat. Graduates get the first invitation.
