What we provide

EMERGE provides business education, coaching, frameworks, and related materials for coaches and consultants. Program details, pricing, and inclusions are described on the relevant program pages and in your enrollment agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

No guarantee of results

We teach systems that have worked for us and for clients, and we stand behind the quality of the work. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific business or financial outcome. Your results depend on your effort, experience, market, and factors outside anyone's control. Any revenue figures on this site are illustrations of what specific people achieved, not promises of what you will earn. See our earnings disclaimer.

Payments and refunds

Prices are stated on the applicable program page or agreed in your enrollment agreement. Refund terms are specific to each program and are stated at the point of purchase or in your agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programs, including frameworks, curricula, worksheets, videos, and branding, belongs to EMERGE Coaching Academy. You may use program materials for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or teach them as your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use our materials to compete with us in bad faith.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMERGE Coaching Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim.

Coaching is not professional advice

Our programs are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or mental health advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Changes
